Job description

We are seeking a Senior QA Engineer / Test Automation Engineer to join our Cleveland‑based technology team. This role is ideal for professionals with strong automation expertise, CI/CD integration experience, and proven leadership in QA strategy. You’ll collaborate with developers, product managers, and DevOps engineers to ensure high‑quality delivery across enterprise, healthcare, and SaaS platforms.

 Key Responsibilities
  • Design, build, and maintain test automation frameworks using Playwright, Selenium 4, and Zephyr.

  • Develop and execute automated test suites for web, API, and integration testing.

  • Partner with engineering teams to embed QA practices into CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Tekton, Kubernetes).

  • Lead QA process improvements, test strategy development, and mentor junior engineers.

  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure quality across enterprise applications and SaaS products.

  • Document test plans, results, and defect tracking with clarity and precision.

 Required Skills & Experience
  • 5+ years in QA engineering, test automation, or related roles.

  • Hands‑on experience with Playwright, Selenium, Zephyr, and test automation frameworks.

  • Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps‑integrated QA.

  • Experience in industries such as Healthcare, Software/SaaS, or Manufacturing.

  • Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

 Preferred Qualifications
  • Background in enterprise QA environments (Sherwin‑Williams, MRI Software, Hyland, Progressive, Cleveland Clinic, Eaton, Rockwell Automation, KeyBank, etc.).

  • Experience as QA SME, QA Lead, or Test Architect.

  • Familiarity with Kubernetes, GitHub Actions, Tekton, or other modern DevOps tools.

  • Proven ability to drive QA strategy and automation adoption across teams.
