Job description

Position Overview

dormakaba is seeking a Finance Manager/Senior Finance Manager, Commercial based in Indianapolis, IN (hybrid). As part of our proactive talent strategy, we are considering candidates across varying levels, with title alignment based on the candidate’s background and scope of expertise. The Finance Manager/Senior Finance Manager, Commercial is responsible for serving as a trusted finance partner to the North America commercial organization, leading sales planning and forecasting, pricing strategy, and executive‐level financial insights.

HIRING SALARY RANGE: Base Salary $130,000 - $150,000 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.) Please visit our career site for more information on benefits.

What you will do

  • Serve as a trusted finance business partner to Commercial senior leadership, shaping strategy through data‐driven insights and financial analysis
  • Lead monthly Commercial Finance performance reporting, providing variance analysis to budget and forecast and translating results into actionable insights for executive leadership
  • Partner with business stakeholders to establish reporting and forecasting rhythms and provide timely, value‐added ad hoc analysis as business needs evolve
  • Partner with the North America leadership to develop realistic financial plans and measure performance on a monthly basis against budgets
  • Lead the development of business cases to influence investment and strategic decisions

What we require

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting
  • 7-10 years of experience in Finance, with previous FP&A experience
  • Knowledge of International Accounting standards (IFRS and US GAAP)

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience with OneStream, SAP, or similar ERP systems
  • Exposure to Business Intelligence (BI) reporting tools
