Mysa Autism Center is a client-centered provider of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy, committed to delivering high-quality, individualized care for children with autism. Located in Evansville, Indiana, we prioritize meaningful outcomes, strong family collaboration, and a supportive environment for both clients and team members.

Position Overview:
We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our growing team. In this role, you will work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement individualized behavior intervention plans and support clients in developing essential skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in clinic, home, or community settings

  • Implement behavior intervention plans created by the supervising BCBA

  • Accurately collect data on client behaviors and skill acquisition

  • Communicate effectively with supervisors, families, and colleagues

  • Participate in team meetings, training, and supervision

  • Maintain active RBT certification and adhere to all BACB ethical standards

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (required)

  • Active RBT certification through the BACB (required)

  • Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities (preferred)

  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work independently, follow instructions, and manage time effectively

  • Successful completion of a background check and compliance with all state requirements
