Job description

Engaging Minds Autism Services is growing our team of custodians! We provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children of all ages and all levels who have been diagnosed with autism and related disorders. The Custodian is responsible for the cleanliness and maintenance of the building which includes but is not limited to completing various daily cleaning responsibilities, as well as some light maintenance within the building directed to them by the Operations Manager.


Open Positions: Part-time - Monday - Friday - 20 hours per week

Work Location: In person at the Kokomo location

Pay: $17.00/ hr


Job Responsibilities:

• Restock of cleaning supplies and daily used items (paper towel, soap dispenser, toilet paper, etc.)

• Completion of daily cleaning assignments (some of which may include sweeping, mopping, dusting, cleaning surfaces and windows, etc.)

• Completion of as-needed clean-up assignments

• Completion of daily trash removal and replacement

• Outdoor Landscaping (Mowing, pulling weeds, spraying for weeds, watering plants, etc.)

• Maintenance Repairs (As needed and regular maintenance on filtration systems, fire alarms, etc.)


Qualifications:

• Must possess a High Diploma or Equivalent

• Completion and Passing of Background Check Screening

• Must be 18 years or older

• Experience with previous cleaning or maintenance roles

• Must possess excellent communication skills, and attention to detail
