Face to face interactions will be required to provide desktop support to end users in-person at the customer's site
Ticketing Systems (Service Now/Remedy/ConnectWise)
Assure that all tickets requiring follow up work and/or calls receive appropriate attention
Windows/Mac experience
Windows 10 OS - Navigating and troubleshooting Microsoft Intune - Managing users and devices
Office 365 experience - Troubleshooting MS Authenticator - Configuring and troubleshooting SSO - Single Sign On
Proficiency in GPO- Group Policy Objects
Experience with asset management. Repair, test, image and clean PC's, laptop, monitors, printers, and other related hardware
Maintain, analyze, and troubleshoot, software and computer peripherals
Ability to setup, configure and add all hardware
