Job description

Job Title: Audio Visual Support Engineer Location: Durant, OK (On-site, 5 days/week) Employment Type: Contract Proven AV support experience for live events and conference rooms, troubleshooting skills, familiarity with Webex/Teams, Q-SYS systems, Yamaha digital mixing consoles and strong communication. Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide AV support for theater productions, live events, and campus programs.
  • Operate, troubleshoot, and maintain AV systems, including video conferencing setups (Webex, Teams).
  • Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to support cultural and community events.
  • Perform routine system checks and maintenance for optimal performance.
  • Offer occasional after-hours support as needed.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in live audio mixing and AV support for conferences or events.
  • Familiarity with Q-SYS systems, Yamaha digital mixing consoles, and video conferencing platforms.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to work independently.
  • US Citizen or Green Card holder; must have transportation and excellent communication skills.
