The Role
We're looking for a Residential A/V Project Manager to lead high-profile luxury residential projects in San Francisco, CA. This isn't just about managing timelines, it's about owning the client experience, guiding our teams, and delivering complex smart home systems with precision, style, and care.
As a Project Manager , you'll oversee multi-million-dollar projects, coordinate across trades, and ensure every detail, technical and aesthetic, is executed at the highest standard. You'll be the trusted partner for clients and collaborators, protecting timelines, budgets, and reputations while setting the standard for luxury technology integration.
What You'll Do
  • Own project delivery: Lead large-scale luxury residential projects from kickoff to closeout.
  • Client experience: Serve as the main point of contact, ensuring communication is proactive, clear, and premium.
  • Coordinate trades & teams: Partner with builders, designers, technicians, and programmers to keep projects on schedule and seamless.
  • Protect timelines & budgets: Monitor progress, flag risks early, and drive solutions to keep work on track and under budget.
  • Ensure flawless execution: Oversee installation quality, testing, and final walkthroughs, making sure systems are intuitive, reliable, and beautiful.
  • Coach and mentor: Support junior project managers and technicians, sharing best practices and elevating team performance.
  • Champion Bravas standards: Uphold consistency in process, documentation, and communication across all projects.

What You Bring
  • 5+ years of proven project management experience, ideally in luxury residential, construction, AV, or smart home industries.
  • A strong track record of managing high-value projects ($5M+) with multiple stakeholders.
  • Deep understanding of construction timelines, jobsite dynamics, and trade coordination.
  • The ability to read plans/blueprints and translate technical requirements into action.
  • Exceptional communication skills, written, verbal, and client-facing.
  • Calm under pressure: you anticipate issues, solve problems fast, and inspire confidence.
