Position Overview

As an Audio-Visual Lead Installation Technician, one will be responsible for effectively and efficiently leading and installing commercial audio-visual systems. Primary responsibilities include efficiently leading labor resources onsite, installation, face of the company and communication liaison onsite, and completing projects at or below budget. This position is essential to creating satisfied customers and delivering profitable projects.
Key Job Responsibilities

  • Effectively and efficiently leads labor resources to deliver on-time and profitable audio-visual projects.
  • Stage and install audio-visual equipment.
  • Communication liaison between the customer and the project manager.
  • Receive project detail handoffs from the project team understanding the project's technical and financial goals.
  • Day-to-day planning of job site work plan to maximize productivity.
  • Maintains job site and company vehicle safety and cleanliness.
  • Documents and communicates drawing changes, serial numbers, project changes, and issues to project manager to ensure successful project completion and development of accurate close-out documents.
  • Actively advises manager of team and self professional development training.
  • Assists in developing standard operating procedures to create standard workflows increasing productivity and profitability.
  • Behaves and dresses professionally.
  • All other duties as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

  • Lead by example mentality.

  • Ability to read and understand architectural and audio-visual design drawings.

  • 3+ number of years in the audio-visual integration experience.
  • CTS certification preferred.
