Description - AV Solutions Architect
We are seeking an experienced AV Solutions Architect to lead the design, standardization, and strategic oversight of audiovisual technology across a large enterprise portfolio. This role is responsible for creating scalable AV architectures that support conference rooms, collaboration spaces, training centers, executive boardrooms, and other workplace environments.
The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in AV systems design, room technology standards, audio pathways, speaker configurations, and modern collaboration platforms. This individual will serve as the technical authority responsible for ensuring consistency, performance, and innovation across all AV-enabled spaces.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead enterprise-wide AV architecture and technology strategy.
  • Design AV solutions for small, medium, and large conference room environments.
  • Develop standards for audio, video, control systems, and collaboration technologies.
  • Create and maintain AV design documentation, diagrams, and room standards.
  • Evaluate and recommend AV technologies and hardware platforms.
  • Design speaker placement, audio pathways, signal flow, and room acoustics.
  • Partner with facilities, construction, and workplace technology teams on new builds and renovations.
  • Provide technical leadership for AV deployments and upgrades.
  • Ensure room technology aligns with enterprise collaboration and communication strategies.
  • Support vendor evaluations, proof of concepts, and technology roadmaps.
  • Act as the subject matter expert for enterprise AV infrastructure.
