Actual pay will be based on various factors, such as a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, proficiency for the role, and internal equity. IT Audio Visual Analyst 2Location: La Crosse Support Campus - La Crosse, WI

Position SummaryThe IT Audio Visual Analyst 2 is responsible for the administration, configuration, and support of Kwik Trip's audio-visual software and hardware platforms. This role leads the design, implementation, optimization, and ongoing support of collaboration, conference room, and audio-visual technologies across the organization. The position also serves as a subject matter expert for AV systems, provides guidance to the IT Audio Visual Analyst 1, and acts as an escalation point for advanced end user and AV support.
Key Responsibilities- Lead installation, upgrades, and optimization of conference room technologies, digital signage, and audio systems.
- Serve as subject matter expert for collaboration and Audio Video technologies.
- Collaborate with vendors and internal teams throughout project design and implementation.
- Independently manage projects from initiation through planning, execution, and completion, ensuring timelines, scope, and stakeholder expectations are met.
- Coordinate lifecycle management, inventory tracking, and hardware/software updates for AV equipment.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, audio schematics, and knowledge base articles.
- Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to the IT Audio Visual Analyst 1.
- Act as the third-tier escalation for AV and end-user services by monitoring task and incident queues.
- Provide advanced troubleshooting and support for AV technologies, including occasional support outside normal business hours
Qualifications- Associate degree (2-year) or equivalent experience
- 2-4 years of experience in AV device management and administration.
- Hands-on experience with AV and collaboration technologies, including Crestron, Sony and LG displays, DTEN, Zoom, Microsoft Teams, QSC Audio DSP devices, Shure Audio Solutions, and DANTE audio networking.
- Basic networking knowledge related to AV environments
- Certifications such as AVIXA CTS-D or CTS-I, ITIL, Crestron, Dante, and QSYS are preferred but not required.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities- Intermediate knowledge of core audio and conference room technologies
- Advanced familiarity with hardware repair for laptops, desktops, and AV equipment
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and critical-thinking skills
- Excellent customer service and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong technical writing and documentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
Physical Requirements- Occasional standing, sitting, walking, and lifting up to 40 lbs.
- Occasional exposure to noisy environments and enclosed spaces
Work Schedule:Monday - Friday, with some evening hours as needed. This position participates in an on-call rotation to provide after-hours support when required.
