Job description

Are you ready to hit the road and make every mile count?
We're looking for reliable Drivers to join our team! You'll be the go-to pro for picking up and delivering vehicles from dealerships, repo yards, rental companies, banks, utility lots, government fleets, and repair shops. Every trip matters - and your customer service skills make the journey even smoother.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
  1. Provide efficient and courteous service to all customers at all times.
  2. Always exhibit 'hands on' and direct approach with customers.
  3. Assist customers with questions and/or concerns.
  4. Ensure vehicles are tidy and trash removed from vehicles at the end of each run.
  5. Ensure vehicles are safe for operation.
  6. Ensure all fluid levels except for gas are checked and full prior to driving any vehicle. Notify Chase Van Driver/Ambassador of all fluids used to ensure completion of necessary paperwork.
  7. Ensure gas is only filled to the desired level as needed for the length of the trip.
  8. Do not operate vehicles 'hot'. Pull over if vehicle runs hot.
  9. Ensure all has been done to avoid leaving a stranded vehicle.
  10. Ensure all vehicles have windows up, keys in ignition, doors unlocked, proper stock number ticket adhered to window or fleet/lease pick-up order on dash.
  11. Follow all rules of the road and appropriate safety measures on premises.
  12. Other duties as assigned.

Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Experience: Previous driving or courier experience preferred. Previous customer service skills required.
  • Skills: Should be highly organized, self-motivated and self-disciplined. Highly customer service orientated. Must be able to read, write and speak English fluently.
  • Requirements:
  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Must possess a valid driver's license
  • Environment: The environment of the Driver involves the transportation of vehicles to and from the auction. Those working in this position are subject to temperature changes, all types of weather conditions, elevated noise levels and at times fumes and odors associated with vehicle exhaust at times
