Reports to:
Position Summary:
A Sales Support Assistant is responsible for administrative duties, along with assisting the sales support team to ensure the sales process is successfully completed in a timely manner. This role offers operational support to the sales team to boost efficiency and customer satisfaction. Key duties include processing orders, managing customer inquiries, updating CRM databases, preparing sales reports
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Enter and track orders, handle inventory issues, and ensure accurate, timely material delivery.
Act as a point of contact for customer questions, inquiries, and complaints, providing high-quality service.
Maintain customer databases (CRM), prepare sales reports, quotes, and orders.
Payment collection (Deposits, final payments)
Creating and maintaining daily, a shared document that tracks Suites units on hand and upcoming inventory of Suites units.
Assisting the sales team with quote generation, lead capturing, and converting quotes to orders within our systems.
Other Duties as assigned.
Required Skills:
Basic knowledge of excel, Microsoft Office, and Outlook

Strong communication skills
Education and Experience Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
1-2 yrs. administrative experience
