Plaintiff's Personal Injury Attorney (3+ Years)

Our client, a plaintiff‑side injury law firm seeking an experienced Personal Injury Attorney to join its growing team. This role offers the opportunity to handle meaningful, high‑impact cases while working in a collaborative and trial‑focused environment. The firm is committed to providing exceptional client advocacy while supporting attorney development and long‑term career growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage personal injury matters from initial intake through resolution, including pre‑litigation and active litigation
  • Develop and execute case strategies designed to maximize client outcomes
  • Conduct legal research; draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and settlement demands
  • Take and defend depositions; prepare witnesses and experts
  • Negotiate settlements with insurers and opposing counsel
  • Advocate for clients at hearings, mediations, and trial
  • Maintain regular, proactive communication with clients
  • Collaborate closely with internal legal staff to ensure efficient case progression

Qualifications

  • Active license to practice law and good standing with the Colorado Bar
  • 3+ years of experience handling plaintiff‑side personal injury matters
  • Litigation experience strongly preferred; trial experience highly valued
  • Medical Malpractice experience highly preferred
  • Demonstrated strength in motion practice, legal research, and writing
  • Experience managing cases independently from intake through resolution
  • Strong negotiation skills and sound judgment
  • Client‑focused mindset with excellent written and verbal communication skills
