Job description

Primary job description is to focus on providing the best resolution for both customers and the business. You will handle customers concerns and if you don't have a solution ask for the manager on duty.




Job Responsibilities:


Always, greet customer in a friendly manner and with respect. Daily Opening and Closing procedures are followed. Stocking retail supplies and other supplies as needed. Check email for messages we receive daily. Multitask between customers while providing other services as possible. Report any customer complaints, question and general feedback in a timely manner. Processing customers shipping, operated fax machine and copiers, procedures for amazon, AT&T and other cams, setup mailboxes, write up print orders, follow up on completed jobs by email and phone call, and follow all company policies.
