Job description

Customer Service Representative (Inbound Call Center)Overview

We are hiring a Customer Service Representative to support high-volume inbound calls related to vehicle recalls, warranty inquiries, and customer support. This is a great entry-level opportunity for candidates who thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy helping customers.


Key Responsibilities
  • Handle 30–40 inbound calls per shift while delivering excellent customer service
  • Schedule customer appointments for airbag recalls and provide dealership information
  • Answer questions related to recalls, warranties, and basic troubleshooting
  • Accurately document customer interactions and create service cases
  • Provide timely resolutions or escalate issues to the appropriate department
  • Navigate multiple systems and screens to support customer needs
  • Meet performance goals including call volume, handle time, and customer satisfaction

Requirements
  • Previous customer service or call center experience preferred
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multi-task and navigate multiple systems
  • Minimum typing speed of 35 WPM
  • Comfortable working independently and within a team

Preferred
  • Automotive, dealership, or warranty-related experience
  • Familiarity with call center or CRM systems

Schedule
  • Availability required Monday–Friday between 6:00 AM – 5:00 PM (shift assigned within this window)

Education
  • Degree preferred or equivalent work experience

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
