We are looking for a Bilingual Enrollment Agent for a fast-growing network of private schools in the U.S. This role will support families through the enrollment journey via a remote call center environment.
Job Logistics:
- 100% Remote (U.S. only, ideally MST or PST)
- Full-time direct placement
- 8-hour shifts scheduled between 7am–7pm
- Rotating 3–6 hour Saturday shift monthly
- High-volume call environment
Day to Day:
- Conduct 70+ outbound calls daily
- Handle inbound inquiries from families
- Schedule and confirm school tours
- Conduct post-tour follow-ups
- Re-engage inactive leads
- Document interactions in CRM system
Requirements:
- Fluent Spanish (written, verbal)
- 3+ years outbound call center experience
- Sales or upselling experience
- Strong communication skills
Plusses:
- School or childcare experience
- Associate’s degree or higher
- Sales agent background
Compensation: $23/hr - $25/hr. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
