Weโ€™re looking for experienced Outpatient/Professional Coders with a strong understanding of physician and clinician services.


Key Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of outpatient/professional coding experience
  • Experience with physician offices, ambulatory surgery, ED, hospitalist, or multidisciplinary medical practices
  • Strong knowledge of CPT, HCPCS, ICD-10-CM/PCS
  • Experience with professional/physician coding, medical necessity, and reimbursement guidelines
  • Ability to research, abstract, review, and accurately assign codes
  • Experience identifying coding opportunities and discrepancies
  • Knowledge of revenue cycle workflows, denials, audits, and charge capture
  • Experience with 3M 360 or similar encoder/CAC systems preferred
