This position is responsible for providing excellent guest service to guests who are playing slot machines by running change, answering questions, explaining games and resolving issues by personally performing the following duties, as well as demonstrating the GILA WAY.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- This position provides the day-to-day management of three shifts of technical personnel including adherence to all enterprise policy and procedures, ensuring high machine up time, successful inspections, certifications and audits, execution of departmental goals and objectives and administrative duties.
- Oversees the maintenance, inventory, and repairs of the slot machines as well as other technical responsibilities on the casino floor.

- Possess strong customer service skills
- Ability to multi-task, complete tasks, and be a self-starter Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships
- Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills
