Technical Writer – SAP Documentation (Simple Explanation)
Location: Tolleson, AZ (100% Onsite)
Duration: 06-months contract (may extend)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
What You'll Do
- Talk to warehouse, supply chain, manufacturing, and SAP teams to understand how they do their work.
- Write clear SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) and work instructions that explain step-by-step processes.
- Document how employees use SAP for tasks like inventory management, purchasing, production, and shipping.
- Create process flowcharts and user guides.
- Update documents based on feedback from managers and subject matter experts.
- Help prepare documentation for employee training, testing (UAT), and SAP go-live activities.
Required Skills
- At least 3 years of technical writing or SOP writing experience.
- Experience documenting processes in manufacturing, warehouse, or supply chain environments.
