Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) has an exciting opportunity for an Associate Project Management Staff Analyst (Level 2) to join the Data Analytics & Digital Integration organization based in Arlington, Virginia, El Segundo, California, North Charleston, South Carolina, Saint Louis, Missouri or Tukwila, Washington.
We are a product led analytics and AI group within Boeing Defense, Space, and Security (BDS), transforming the way data is sourced, designed and used to help us build and scale analytics and AI products.
This position will manage vendor contracts and relations, create metrics, run business operations, presentations, data visualization, and will assist DA&DI leaders in running the business. The selected candidate(s) will work with various cross functional partners to communicate risk, actions, information, and decisions.
Position Responsibilities:
  • Manage submission, approval, and receiving vendor contracts
  • Support onboarding of externally contracted resources
  • Develop and maintain data reports and dashboards
  • Maintain accurate comprehensive views of organization employees
  • Manage the organizational operating cadence
  • Handles file server, Share Point and computing account access
  • Contributes to development of plans for long-range strategies, organizational goals, objectives and initiatives
  • Develop executive and senior manager level briefings
  • Be responsible for the design, logistics and facilitation of large meetings/events
  • Maintains organizational communications and e-mail distribution lists

This position is hybrid. The selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed location options. This is at the hiring team's discretion and could potentially change in the future.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
  • 1+ years of experience using Microsoft Office products such as Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • 1+ years of experience working across organizations and interfacing with key stakeholders, including senior leaders
  • Experience communicating effectively with multiple levels of an organization

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
  • 3+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Bachelor's degree or higher
  • Experience with SAP Ariba contracting system
  • Passion for continuous improvement and innovation

Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 3 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+1 years' related work experience, 7 years' related work experience, etc.
