Using our internal proprietary tool we are able to quickly implement Workday Human Capital Management, Payroll, and Financials business processes and technology, letting our customers focus on their business while they gain immediate value. Once live, we also provide expertise and resources as needed to support the customer's individual Workday solution.

Requirements (What We're Looking For):

  • Workday Consulting Certification (Required)

  • 1+ years' SaaS project management and/or software implementation consulting experience (Required)

  • Bachelor's degree, preferable in Human Resources, Computer Science, Accounting/Finance, Computer Engineering, or related IT/Business discipline; or equivalent experience (Required)

  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint programs (Required)

  • Workday HCM, Payroll, or Workday Financials certification/experience (Preferred)

  • Experience using Smartsheet (Preferred)

  • Excellent organization, attention to detail, time management, business development and communication skills

  • Consulting experience either as an internal Workday consultant or with a consulting/software company is preferred

Responsibilities (What You'll Do):

  • Manage the implementation of multiple Phase X, Post Production, Managed Service projects and initiatives simultaneously in a fast-paced environment

  • Demonstrate competency in the Workday HCM, Payroll or Financials product suite

  • Work with EverforthTopBloc consultants to ensure projects are properly staffed and planned

  • Assist in the sales cycle including but not limited to gathering requirements and helping with SOWs

  • Work with the clients project managers to identify/resolve all issues that could impact project scope and/or time frames

  • Assist in the transition of the customer from professional services to product support

  • Work with clients on Workday best practices

  • Interact with colleagues, managers and clients face to face

  • Adapt to job requirement changes as the department grows

  • Attend Workday Certification

  • Travel 25%-45% at client request
