Junior Software Engineer

Join SilverStay, Inc. as a Junior Software Engineer focused on AI Operations and Platform Development in a remote capacity. The company is pioneering healthcare solutions for complex discharge processes, aiming to enhance patient transitions out of the healthcare system. In this role, you will engage in both platform development and AI automation, taking ownership of existing workflows and contributing to the innovative AI-powered hospital discharge management platform.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and enhance the SilverStay platform, including bug fixes and new feature development.
  • Manage AI automation workflows to streamline internal processes and improve efficiency.
  • Collaborate in code reviews, testing, and CI/CD workflows to ensure code quality.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 0-3 years of software engineering experience, including internships and project work.
  • Hands-on experience with AWS services and proficiency in Next.js and React.
