You will be part of a dynamic and integrated team working within a community health clinic framework, where the focus is on holistic, client-centered care. This remote position allows for a comfortable work-life balance while engaging in regular team meetings and peer consultations to promote professional growth and support. Our innovative workflow includes utilizing a streamlined Electronic Health Record (EHR) platform, ensuring our administrative tasks—such as scheduling, billing, and compliance—are handled efficiently.

• Conduct thorough biopsychosocial assessments to identify client needs and develop personalized treatment plans that align with therapeutic goals.
• Provide individual, couples, and family therapy utilizing evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and relational therapy techniques.
• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, peer specialists, and other mental health professionals to facilitate integrated care and holistic treatment approaches.
• Support clients through various life transitions and challenges, including addressing systemic disparities and social injustices affecting their mental health.
• Maintain meticulous documentation in our EHR system, ensuring care continuity and compliance with regulatory standards while allowing for adequate time for clinical practice.
• Participate in continued education opportunities, including optional peer consultation groups, workshops, and specialized clinical training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge in the field.

Your caseload will primarily consist of clients from diverse backgrounds facing a myriad of issues, including, but not limited to, anxiety, depression, trauma, relational conflicts, grief, and chronic stress. You will have the opportunity to work with underserved populations and high-acuity clients, providing tailored support and establishing meaningful connections that promote healing and resilience.

• A valid LCSW license in California. Associate Social Workers are welcome to apply for supervised roles.
• A strong understanding of trauma-informed care principles and methodologies in evidence-based therapy.
• A commitment to promoting social justice, inclusion, and providing culturally competent care to all clients.
• Possess exceptional interpersonal skills, emotional intelligence, and a high level of self-awareness while engaging with clients and colleagues.

• Two years of experience in outpatient mental health settings, community-based work, or teletherapy services is highly preferred.
• A background in working with high-acuity clients, adolescents, or marginalized communities.
• Interest in leadership roles, clinical supervision, and program development for a growing practice.

We offer a competitive salary range between $90,000 and $100,000 per year, complemented by a comprehensive benefits package for full-time employees. Benefits include:
