Epsilon is seeking a motivated and results-driven Associate Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our dynamic team in Irving, Texas. As an Associate SDR, you will support the sales team by identifying and creating new qualified opportunities across a range of advertising, marketing, and media solutions. Reporting to the Manager, Sales Development, this role is perfect for someone who is passionate about sales, eager to learn, and looking to kickstart their career in sales.

Responsibilities

Qualifications

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and create new qualified opportunities for the sales team.
  • Conduct high-volume prospecting (cold calls, emails, social media) to generate leads.
  • Work closely with the Manager, Sales Development to develop and refine the sales development playbook.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to create 1:1 campaign to drive demand.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system.
  • Provide clear and concise communication to prospects and internal teams.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly targets for qualified opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in a sales or customer-facing role.
  • Demonstrated ability to plan, prioritize, and direct your daily activities to align with targeted objectives.
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed targeted objectives.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and new challenges
  • Ability to build and maintain positive internal and external relationships
  • Experience with companies selling multiple, complex technology products is a plus
  • Understanding of basic sales principles and techniques, including lead generation and qualification, is a plus

 Compensation Range: USD $44,000.00 - USD $66,000.00/Annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. This role may also be eligible for bonus or incentive compensation. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
