Schedule: Days l Full-time | M-F, 8a-8p, rotating weekends and holidays required.

How you’ll make an impact in this role
- Provide direct nursing care to patients in the long term care setting in accordance with established policies, procedures and protocols.
- Implement and monitor individualized care plans.
- Monitor, record and communicate patient condition as appropriate.
- Coordinate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to carry out nursing orders.
- Promote resident safety by identifying safety hazards and emergency situations and initiates corrective action as appropriate.
Licensure / Certification / Registration:
- BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
- Licensed Registered Nurse credentialed from the Kansas Board of Nursing required.
Education:
- Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire.
