Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our skilled nursing facility team at Paramount Community Living and Rehab in Newton, Kansas. As an RN, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, administering medications, and coordinating with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best outcomes for our residents. Work Environment:

This position operates in a clinical healthcare environment, providing a dynamic and fast-paced setting for a dedicated and passionate RN.

Responsibilities:

• Patient Care: Provide direct patient care including assessments, treatment planning, and administering medications. Monitor and document patient progress and respond to changes in condition.

• Coordination of Care: Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans for residents.

• Communication: Effectively communicate with residents, families, and healthcare team members to address concerns and provide updates on patient status.
