Job Summary

Our Technical Site Services group specializes in cleanroom performance testing, certification services, protocol management, world class cleaning and construction management services. We are seeking an experienced Bilingual Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional talent solutions that drive growth and reinforce our position as a market leader. The Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet the organization's staffing needs. This role involves developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies, building a strong talent pipeline, and collaborating with hiring managers to ensure a seamless hiring process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute innovative recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
  • Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals.
  • Identify and engage with potential candidates through proactive sourcing techniques.
  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  • Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and other stakeholders.
  • Provide feedback and recommendations to hiring managers based on interview outcomes.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and job requirements.
  • Assist in creating job descriptions and role profiles.
  • Provide guidance and support throughout the hiring process.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).

Qualifications and Requirements
  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment with an emphasis on corporate recruiting and salaried roles
  • Must be able to speak, read, and write in Spanish
  • Strong sourcing and networking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
