Job Summary

Talent Acquisition Associate Recruiter at Mayo Clinic, Phoenix, AZ. Responsible for full recruitment lifecycle, talent acquisition services, data analytics, and promoting a positive candidate experience while ensuring diversity and inclusion.

Responsibilities

Facilitate recruitment for open positions; partner with hiring leaders to understand business goals; design recruitment tactics and manage workflow efficiency; conduct initial screenings and assessments; advance top candidates to hiring leaders; support highโ€‘volume and critical roles; manage data analytics and provide solutions; update HR systems; communicate deliverables to leaders; represent the Mayo brand positively; ensure compliance with company policies, employment laws, and diversity hiring initiatives.

Onโ€‘Demand Interview

Candidate may participate in a preโ€‘recorded interview at their convenience. The recorded responses will be reviewed by a Mayo Clinic staff member, and the candidate will be notified of next steps.

Eligibility and Logistics

No visa sponsorship. Must be located within a reasonable driving distance from the Mayo Clinic Arizona site for occasional onโ€‘campus expectations.

Qualifications

Minimum: High School diploma or GED and 2โ€‘5 years corporate experience. Preferred: Bachelorโ€™s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field, 3 years recruiting or HR experience, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and virtual meeting platforms. Preferred certification: Recruiter Academy Certified Recruiter (RACR).

Compensation and Schedule

Annual salary range: $62,920.00 โ€“ $84,947.20. Fullโ€‘time position, business hours, 80 hours per pay period, weekend as needed.
