Sheehy Ford of Springfield is seeking an energetic individual for the part-time Receptionist position. As the Receptionist, you will have the opportunity to impact our overall customer experience each day as our dealership's first impressions representative. Responsibilities
  • Answer dealership group phones
  • Greet and receive prospects and customers
  • Communicate with callers and visitors in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner
  • Maintain Knowledge of current staff members, extensions, office/ desk locations/ work space locations.
  • Maintained and cleaned receptionist station, inventory, and stock office supplies.
  • Adhere to safety procedures
  • Work hours are 5-9pm (Monday - Friday), 9am-8pm (Saturday) and 11am to 7pm (Sunday). These days/hours are worked between 3 evening receptionists.
  • Handle greeting customers in person and on the phone at the same time, and keep records of customers messages' or information accurately, and handel them in a timely fashion.
  • Other duties assigned

Requirements
  • High School Diploma or higher
  • A professional appearance
  • A clean driving record & valid driver's license
  • Must be authorized to work in the USA
  • Must be able to pass pre-employment testing to include background checks (MVR, drug test)
  • Must Be able to work evenings, and a flex schedule.
