Receptionist – Olympia Orthopaedic Associates

Location: Olympia, WA

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.50 - $33.50 per hour (Pay is determined based on experience)

Summary of benefits:

OOA covers part or all of the cost for Health, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, and Long-term Disability Insurance. Employees are eligible to participate in a 401k plan with company matching. Flex spending plans, uniform allowances, and an Employee Assistance Program available as well. New, full-time staff will accrue a minimum of 17 days of paid time off per year.

Olympia Orthopaedics is a drug-free, alcohol-free, and smoke-free workplace. If offered employment, passage of background screen and pre-employment drug screen is required. Please note nicotine levels are included in testing.

Receptionist Summary:

As a Receptionist for OOA you will be the face of the office as patients are checked in for their appointments, making excellent customer service a priority. You will be responsible for performing various clerical duties such as checking in patients, answering phones, taking messages, scheduling appointments, and updating patient charts within a busy orthopaedic practice.

Receptionist Requirements:

  • Minimum of one year of experience in a medical office setting, non-medical Receptionist roles would also be considered.
