Responsibilities
  • Works closely with the Regional Manager of Projects.
  • Manager of all lighting and gear project managers.
  • Handles the day to day with project managers including the SOP and operational details and issues.
  • Assists operations with warehouse and PLS in regards to current projects.
  • Responds to requests from customers and salespersons on matters pertaining to the application and operation of various projects throughout a region.
  • Assists with the planning and presentation of training programs and other professional growth opportunities for customers and salespersons in the planning, installation and operations of various projects.
  • Resolves customer order problems and complaints promptly.
  • Prepares correspondence and reports necessary for business transactions.

Qualifications
  • Prefer Bachelor's Degree (B.S.) and/or two to four years' equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Must have experience as a contractor inside sales person or management of lighting projects and/or electrical distribution and control projects desired.
  • PC literate with knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Adobe & Power Point)
  • Excellent written, verbal, presentation and negotiation skills.
