As a Process Improvement Associate II- AI Automation Support in AI Operations and Automation, you will be known as a Data Solution Senior Developer that is responsible for assessing complex business requirements for development feasibility of the solution. You will create sophisticated solutions in coordination with business and delivery leads, adhering to lifecycle methodology and Intelligent Solutions Control Standards and you will oversee the entire configuration process for automation requests, maintains internal client relationships, and provides executive-level presentations and status updates. Your role will include supporting enhanced automation solutions, documenting best practices, and delivering training programs for in-house developers in addition to sharing knowledge and expertise with junior team members and in-house developers across the line of business (LOB).

Job responsibilities

  • Review and understand complex business requirements and determine feasibility of development, with one or more tools from the advanced low-code toolkit

  • Create sophisticated solutions in coordination with the business and delivery leads in accordance with lifecycle methodology and the Intelligent Solutions Control Standard where applicable

  • Serve as the project manager, overseeing and managing the entire configuration process for automation requests from internal customers and manage internal client relationships between the business, finance, key stakeholders, and solution users

  • Create executive-level presentations and status updates provided to clients and stakeholders

  • Maintain support for internally built solutions ensuring scalability and robustness

  • Partner with peers on the Center of Excellence team to provide planning and implementation support

  • Provide support for enhanced automation solutions, ranging from process creation and validation to user training and security access

  • Document and distribute best practices/standards for usage of automation & data transformation technologies for internal client usage

  • Deliver and/or recommend training programs to enable business in-house developers

  • Provide support and share knowledge and expertise with the junior team members and in-house developers across the line of business (LOB) as needed

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • 2+ years' applied knowledge in solution development using Alteryx, Tableau, or any mining, transformation, or visualization tool

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

  • Ability to support the delivery of high-quality results under tight deadlines

  • Analytical Thinking with ability to systematically organize, compare, and evaluate various aspects of a situation and environment to comprehend and identify key or underlying information with strong logical reasoning

  • Communicate complex financial concepts and calculations to management or internal/external parties in a clear and succinct manner with strong oral and written communication skills

  • Problem Solving with ability to identify and differentiate the symptoms and root causes of issues and problems.

  • Building relationships adopting and exhibiting practices to strengthen and maintain productive relationships and manages internal and external client expectations 

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Strong SQL skills for querying databases (e.g., Oracle, AWS) and knowledge of Python language

  • Familiarity with Extract Transform Load (ETL) processes and data transformation techniques

  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Qlik, Power BI)

  • Alteryx Designer Advanced Certification

  • Exposure to the banking or financial services industry, including familiarity with banking products

  • Coursework or demonstrated interest in finance or business analytics is a plus

  • Experience in training or product, program, or process-related presentation
