Job Title: Senior Associate, Operations Program Integrator

Job Schedule: 4/10: Employees work 10 hour days 4 days a week- 1st shift

Job Description:

L3Harris Technologies Company is seeking an Operations Program Integrator working at our AMF South facility.

In this role, you will optimize shop floor throughput and production efficiency while ensuring production readiness across all specified product operations. Manage and resolve operational product related issues through shop floor escalations, coordinating critical handoffs between departments to maintain workflows.

Oversee cross-functional area deconfliction to prevent conflicts and maximize resources in line with common manufacturing procedures. Partner closely with Product Manager, Supervisors and operations management teams to meet production targets.

Essential Functions: 

  • Optimize shop floor throughput and production efficiency
  • Ensure production readiness across all manufacturing operations
  • Manage shop floor escalations and resolve operational issues
  • Coordinate critical operational handoffs between departments
  • Manage work area deconfliction to prevent scheduling conflicts
  • Partner with supervisors and operations management teams
  • Ability to obtain US Secret Security Clearance.
  • Travel: 10% - Camden site.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior project management experience. Graduate Degree or equivalent with 0 to 2 years of prior project management experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 6 years of prior project management experience.

Preferred Additional Skills:

  • May have in-depth knowledge of project management and product management.
  • Experience with Composite Manufacturing in the Aerospace industry is highly desired.
  • MS Project experience is desired.
  • Ability to work with cross functional teams is highly desired.
  • Cost account management experience is a plus.
  • Expediting experience is a plus.
