About the Position Position Description

First Christian Church of Titusville, Florida is seeking a full-time Associate Minister to join our growing church family. FCC Titusville is an Independent Christian Church averaging approximately 200+ in weekly attendance with a strong focus on biblical teaching, discipleship, family ministry, and community outreach. This position will work closely with the Senior Minister, Elders, staff, and volunteers to lead and strengthen the churchโ€™s discipleship strategy for all ages, servant culture, guest assimilation, and First Impressions ministries.

Responsibilities include developing discipleship pathways, equipping volunteers, overseeing guest follow-up systems, assisting with pastoral care, and periodically preaching throughout the year. We are seeking a spiritually mature, relational, organized, and self-motivated leader who has a passion for helping people grow in Christ and connect into the life of the church. Ministry experience is preferred. A Bible or ministry degree is preferred, and doctrinal alignment with the Independent Christian Churches/Churches of Christ is expected. Position Details: Full-Time.
