Pacvue is the leading Commerce Media OS, powering over $12B in advertising spend across 100+ global retail media networks including Amazon, Walmart, Target, Kroger, Instacart, Criteo, and CitrusAd. Powered by industry-leading AI and real-time data, Pacvue enables over 70,000 brands and agencies to maximize advertising performance, drive incrementality, and expand reach across the commerce universe from a single mission control. As of 2025, Pacvue powers 12% of total retail media ad spend worldwide excluding China. Combined with Helium 10's SMB solutions, Pacvue delivers the industry's most comprehensive platform for businesses of all sizes.

At Pacvue and Helium 10, great careers don't just happen - they're built. Here, you'll rise as an industry leader, push the boundaries of innovation, own your journey, and thrive as part of an inclusive global community that's redefining the future of commerce.

About the Role:

Pacvue is seeking a self-starter with a proven ability to build relationships, dive deep into data, and execute at both strategic and tactical levels to drive client success. This role is designed for someone passionate about retail media and advertising who can develop growth strategies, deliver actionable insights, and achieve measurable results for enterprise brands and agencies across platforms like Amazon, Walmart, Target, and Instacart.

The ideal candidate combines exceptional analytical skills with creative problem-solving, enabling them to navigate complex challenges, craft innovative solutions, and deliver value to clients at scale. This role is singularly focused on client results and does not require people management responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management: Build trust and transparency with enterprise brands and agencies while delivering results aligned with joint business objectives.
  • Strategy Development: Create and execute retail media strategies, including paid search and display, to drive traffic, conversions, and organic search ranking improvement.
  • Budgeting and Planning: Develop annual budget recommendations, allocate resources across campaigns, and create marketing calendars aligned with macro and micro seasonal trends.
  • Technology Utilization: Leverage Pacvue's tools for budget pacing, trend analysis, and campaign performance monitoring to meet client objectives efficiently.
  • Performance Analysis:
    • Prepare detailed reports on campaign performance, analyze category trends, and conduct competitive benchmarking.
    • Utilize tools such as Amazon Marketing Cloud (AMC) and third-party measurement tools to evaluate performance, optimize strategies, and deliver advanced insights to clients.
    • Provide actionable recommendations that align with broader business goals and improve KPIs.
  • Retail Readiness: Recommend operational improvements to maximize sales opportunities and increase participation in retailer programs and promotions.
  • New Product Launches: Develop strategic retail media plans with readiness recommendations for new product launches.
  • Creative Problem-Solving: Use innovative thinking to overcome client challenges, tailoring solutions to achieve both immediate wins and long-term growth.
  • Thought Leadership: Provide input on Pacvue's platform development, contribute to client training initiatives, and support industry education programs by sharing expertise.
  • Collaboration: Work effectively with cross-functional teams, clients, and stakeholders to ensure alignment, streamline processes, and deliver exceptional results. This role is primarily an individual contributor role so people management is not required. The ability to foster strong working relationships and contribute to a team-oriented environment is required, though.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • 7+ years in eCommerce account management, digital marketing, or sales.
  • Proven success in managing complex Search and/or Display Media strategies across retail media platforms like Amazon, Walmart, Target, and/or Instacart.
  • Experience working with enterprise brands and agencies to deliver measurable results at scale.
  • Strong track record of driving results and implementing ideas in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous product management, project management, financial analysis, and negotiation is a plus
  • Advanced analytical abilities, including the ability to work with large datasets, uncover insights, and translate data into actionable strategies.
  • Expertise in using measurement tools like AMC and third-party platforms to optimize media performance.
  • Demonstrate an in-depth understanding of how the Amazon marketplace and flywheel works. Similar knowledge of other retail media network algorithms is a plus.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and presentation skills.
  • A balance of creative problem-solving and structured analytical thinking to address client needs effectively.
  • Moderate proficiency in Excel and comfort with reporting tools.

Benefits:
