Manager eCommerce Media & Technology
Job Overview

The Manager, eCommerce Media and Technology is directly responsible for driving retail media excellence across our key e-commerce and Omnichannel retailers. 

Working cross functionally to develop winning strategies across Amazon and a growing list of Omnichannel partners, inclusive of media strategy, content, tech stack, portfolio management, measurement and real-time optimization, will all be a key focus for the role.

Developing and nurturing relationships with Customers, internal Sales, Catman+ and Marketing peers, as well as US and International stakeholders is critical for success.

This role will have direct responsibility of the Associate Manager, eCommerce Merchandising

Accountabilities

Retail Media:

  • Translate aligned Brand and Seasons strategies into tailored marketing plans to drive accelerated category business growth
  • Develop annual and quarterly strategies for Amazon and Omnichannel Media, optimizing investments to maximize total eCommerce Net Sales, Profit and ROAS
  • Lead execution of all Amazon campaigns, including KPI setting and tracking, media planning and agency SOW
  • Manage Amazon budget plan and ongoing adjustments

Enablers:

 

  • Manage the product content development strategy to ensure best in class experience on retailer websites
  • Tech Stack - Build and optimize retail media tech stack, managing SOW and maximizing use and value of the platforms
  • Capabilities - Build institutional knowledge and competency across internal Marketing and Sales teams

 

Measurement & Insights:

  • Use available data & insights (Vendor Central, Profitero, Amazon Brand View Pro, Retailer POS, Salsify, Amazon Marketing Cloud, Edge) to provide sound merchandising / marketing / promotional / product optimization recommendations
  • Establishes media reporting/KPI's to ensure progress against objectives and communicates campaign results back to the organization

Relationships:

  • Suppliers: Ongoing collaboration with Media Suppliers (who are also key Vendor partners) to build plans that support the growth agendas of both sides
  • Sales: Drive alignment with channel leads in implementing annual programs
  • Marketing: Joint efforts with Brand and Shopper teams in implementing path-to-purchase programs
  • US and International: Best practice sharing to drive increased efficiency and effectiveness across common customers and strategies
  • Media Agency: Lead holistic management of media agency, setting and measuring key performance metrics
Minimum Education & Requirements
  • BA/BS in business, marketing, or comparable field degree; MBA or equivalent preferred but not required 
  • 5+ years of experience managing a digital/eCommerce business - CPG background preferred
Compensation Details

The anticipated base salary range for this role is $96,800 to $121,000 per year.  The actual base salary offered will depend on a variety of jobrelated factors, including, but not limited to, experience, skill set, education, and training.  In addition to a market-competitive base salary, our Total Rewards package includes performancebased incentives and a comprehensive, competitive benefits package designed to support overall physical, mental, and financial wellbeing (as applicable).
