Job description

You will be the Multi-Functional Manufacturing Associate Manager for the manufacturing team. Our team is responsible for managing day-to-day operations of a multi-functional work group.
What You Will Be Doing
As the Multi-Functional Manufacturing Associate Manager, you will be responsible for executing dynamic strategies to ensure on-time missile deliveries that meet all aspects of engineering and quality requirements while controlling costs.
Your responsibilities will include:
Leading day-to-day operations of a multi-functional work group / team
Providing direction to both exempt and non-exempt salaried personnel in accordance with company policies and procedures
Manpower planning, employee assessment and selection, training, work assignments, evaluations, and recognition/disciplinary actions
Working closely and cooperatively with ESH to ensure that safety and environmental policies and procedures are followed
Assisting in the development of strategies and the coordination of activities to increase throughput and reduce inefficiencies
