Funciones esenciales del puesto:

  • Realizar tareas de administracion de accesos de usuarios a los sistemas y programas.
  • Brindar soporte tecnico en toda la empresa (esto puede ser en persona o de manera remota) desde el escritorio de ayuda (Help Desk) utilizando Manage Engine Service Desk Plus. Hacer un seguimiento con los usuarios para garantizar que se resuelva el problema.
  • Configurar equipos para uso de los empleados, realizando o garantizando la correcta instalacion de cables, sistemas operativos o software adecuado.
  • Realizar diagnosticos, configuraciones, instalaciones y mantenimiento de computadoras con ambiente Windows para programas y equipo (software/hardware).
  • Leer manuales tecnicos, consultar con usuarios o realizar diagnosticos informaticos para investigar y resolver problemas o proporcionar asistencia y apoyo tecnicos.
  • Realizar instalacion y configuracion de hardware, software, sistemas, redes, impresoras y escaneres.
  • Responsable de la configuracion y la entrega de equipos moviles corporativos tales como t/inteligentes, tabletas y hotspot.
  • Remitir problemas importantes de hardware o software o productos defectuosos a proveedores o tecnicos para su reparacion.
  • Responder a las preguntas de los usuarios sobre el funcionamiento de los programas o equipos informaticos para resolver problemas.
  • Mantener una comunicacion directa y constante con el Supervisor de Soporte de TI, mediante la cual estableceran un plan de trabajo a seguir, basado en las prioridades del departamento.
  • Debera mantener un inventario actualizado de todos los equipos tecnologicos de la empresa.
  • De ser necesarios realizara llamada a proveedores y companias para la solucion de problemas.
  • Asistir al Supervisor de Infraestructura en mantener los sistemas de redes y telecomunicaciones.
  • Preparar o actualizar documentacion sencilla de procesos y procedimientos de sistemas.
  • Priorizar y gestionar varios casos de soporte abiertos a la vez.
  • Desempenar cualquier otra tarea asignada por su supervisor.

Requisitos:

  • Grado asociado en Sistemas de Informacion o 2 anos de experiencia brindando apoyo en TI.
  • Preferiblemente: Conocimientos en CDK, en sistemas Macintosh para apoyar (5) usuarios aproximadamente y/o programas relacionados a la Industria Automotriz.
  • Preferiblemente: Tener Certificado de A+ o CCNE.
  • Amplio conocimiento y experiencia en computadoras y redes, incluyendo LAN, WAN, y WLAN.
  • Debe tener conocimiento de administracion y configuracion de Active Directory.
  • Licencia de conducir vigente.
  • Disponibilidad para viajar segun sea necesario.
  • Amplio conocimiento tecnologico y actitud de aprendizaje.
  • Competente en MS Office, Software de correo electronico - Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Teams, Plataforma Web, entre otros.
  • Capacidad superior de analisis y resolucion de problemas.
  • Dominio fluido del idioma ingles y espanol, con excelente gramatica y habilidades de conversacion en ambos idiomas.
