The successful candidate will report to the Deputy General Counsel and will play a critical role in reviewing, drafting, negotiation, and improving processes related commercial contracts. This is a full-time, in-office position at our National Support Center in Beloit, Wisconsin.Key Duties and Responsibilities:Commercial Contracts Management : Leading the drafting, review, and negotiation of a wide range of commercial contracts, including supply chain agreements, service agreements, sales agreements, and non-disclosure agreements. Preparing and updating contract templates, standard form agreements, and standard form warranties.Contract Negotiation : Working closely with internal stakeholders to drive contract negotiations with customers, vendors, and service providers, ensuring that terms align with business standards and objectives while mitigating legal and commercial risks. In this position, the successful candidate will play a pivotal role as part of the sales and procurement teams.Contract Review Process : Overseeing and improving the processes for contract review within the Legal Department. Ensuring the timely review and approval of contracts and collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and optimize contract turnaround times.
