Assistant Kitchen and Bath Designer

Like what you hear so far? Let’s talk! This position is at the ProSource of Honolulu You will be paid a salary of $48k-$58k + commissions and with the potential for growth opportunities within the showroom.
What you will do:

  • Track and update the status of K&B projects
  • Place and track order of all K&B products
  • Communicate with sales team, customers and contractors
  • Maintain the appearance of the Showroom's Kitchen and Bath displays
  • Prepare product presentations
  • Prepare and present product selections to customers
  • Document project plans and communicate all updates to sales, design team and customers
  • Develop product expertise on Byproducts
  • Quote, order and track K&B products
  • Design projects in 2020 as needed
  • Participate in educational events for trade professionals

You might be a great match if you have:

  • Experience in sales and/or customer service
  • At least 1 year of experience in designing kitchens and bathrooms
  • Comfortable preparing for and presenting product selections to customers
  • Detail oriented and well organized
  • Excellent verbal skills and the ability to communicate professionally
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word and Email
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Interior Design preferred
  • Experience creating design with 20/20 software is a plus
