Job description

The Events Associate, Hosted Events will support the planning, coordination, and execution of firm-hosted events designed to strengthen relationships with clients, prospects, and strategic partners. Working closely with the Head of Events, this individual will help deliver a diverse portfolio of executive roundtables, thought leadership programs, client events, networking receptions, and other engagement opportunities that support client engagement, relationship development, and business growth.
This role requires a highly organized and collaborative professional who can effectively partner with stakeholders across Sales, Client Relationship Management, Marketing, and business leadership teams to bring programs to life. The successful candidate will be comfortable managing multiple priorities, coordinating complex event logistics, and contributing to a best-in-class event experience that reflects the firm's standards and reputation.
Key Responsibilities
Support the planning and execution of firm-hosted events from concept through completion, ensuring alignment with business objectives and stakeholder expectations.
Partner closely with Sales, Client Relationship Managers, and business stakeholders to understand event goals, target audiences, and desired outcomes.
Build and maintain strong partnerships across Sales, Client Relationship Management, Marketing, and business teams to drive alignment and ensure successful event outcomes.
Collaborate across Marketing and internal support teams to coordinate event communications, branding, content, registration, technology, catering, and onsite execution.
Help facilitate executive roundtables, client programs, networking receptions, and other relationship-building events for clients, prospects, and strategic partners.
Manage project timelines, planning documents, event details, budgets, and stakeholder communications throughout the event lifecycle.
Coordinate with internal and external vendors to ensure seamless event delivery and a high-quality attendee experience.
Support onsite event execution, including speaker management, attendee engagement, registration, and issue resolution.
Maintain accurate event information and reporting within event management systems and other planning tools.
Contribute to post-event reporting, feedback collection, and recommendations for future program enhancements.
Identify opportunities to improve planning processes, stakeholder engagement, and overall event effectiveness.


Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in corporate event planning, event marketing, hospitality, conference services, or a related field.
Experience supporting client-facing events and partnering with senior business leaders, executives, and cross-functional stakeholders.
Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing multiple stakeholder groups.
Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate across multiple stakeholder groups in a matrixed organization.
High level of professionalism, attention to detail, and client-service orientation.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build productive relationships across all levels of the organization.
