This is not just about making things look good. It’s about designing how people feel, move, engage, and share.

What You’ll Do

Concept & Creative Development

  • Develop creative concepts, themes, and visual directions for events and brand activations
  • Translate brand objectives into physical experiences, environments, and guest journeys
  • Create mood boards, look & feel decks, and spatial concepts

Experience & Spatial Design

  • Design event layouts, floor plans, and guest flow (arrival to exit)
  • Ideate interactive moments, installations, and content-worthy touchpoints
  • Collaborate on stage design, scenic elements, signage, and branded environments

Production Collaboration

  • Work closely with producers, fabricators, and vendors to bring concepts to life
  • Ensure designs are feasible, on budget, and scalable
  • Participate in site visits, install oversight, and on-site execution as needed

Brand & Creator Integration

  • Design experiences that are culturally relevant and creator-friendly
  • Build moments that drive organic content and social sharing
  • Ensure brand storytelling is seamlessly integrated throughout the experience

What We’re Looking For

  • 3–7+ years in event design, experiential, environmental design, or related field
  • Strong portfolio showcasing events, pop-ups, brand activations, or spatial design
  • Proficiency in tools like Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp, Rhino, or similar
  • Ability to think both creatively and practically (ideas that can actually get built)
  • Strong understanding of materials, fabrication, and production processes
  • Experience working with fast-paced timelines and multiple projects

Bonus Points

  • Experience designing for creator/influencer events
  • Knowledge of fabrication techniques and scenic production
  • Familiarity with 3D rendering tools (Cinema 4D, Blender, etc.)
  • Background in retail, beauty, fashion, or cultural events

What Success Looks Like

  • Experiences that feel intentional from entrance to exit
  • Designs that are both visually striking and operationally smart
  • Moments that guests naturally want to capture and share
  • Concepts that translate clearly from deck → build → real life

Why Join Us

  • You’ll be part of a team that believes events should do more than exist. They should create real moments of impact. We design where culture, creators, and commerce intersect.
