JOB DESCRIPTION

Position Overview

We are seeking experienced and creative Freelance Floral Designers to join our team on a project-by-project basis. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, efficient, and passionate about floral artistry. You’ll collaborate with our in-house team to bring sophisticated and on-brand floral visions to life—from intimate gatherings to large-scale luxury installations.


Responsibilities

  • Design and create premium floral arrangements, including centerpieces, bouquets, installations, and statement pieces
  • Execute floral prep, production, and on-site event installations
  • Interpret design briefs and event mood boards with consistency and creativity
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional floral workspace
  • Handle flowers with care to preserve quality and longevity
  • Break down floral installations post-event when required
  • Collaborate professionally with fellow designers, planners, and production teams


Qualifications

  • Experience in Floral design (event or wedding focus preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of floral materials, techniques, and industry best practices
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
