What You’ll Do:

  • Partner with clients to design and execute incredible events tailored to their vision.

  • Develop detailed timelines, layouts, menus, and production schedules to ensure every event runs flawlessly.

  • Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, venues, and partners.

  • Seek new business opportunities through networking, prospecting, and cold email/calling to help us grow.

  • Create customized proposals featuring menus, bar services, rentals, and staffing, while identifying opportunities to enhance the client experience.

  • Collaborate with our operations and culinary teams to bring events to life seamlessly.

  • Provide exceptional service at every touchpoint, ensuring clients feel valued and supported.

  • Sales experience, especially in catering or events, is a plus but not required
