Finlays Solutions is seeking a creative and dynamic Marketing Associate, Brand Content & Communications to join our Marketing team. This role involves collaborating with various teams to develop and manage internal and external communications and promote brand successes. The Marketing Associate, Brand Content & Communications will support the development and execution of brand content to achieve growth goals and ensure consistency to our brand values and identity.

 Key Responsibilities

  • Content Development:Createbrandmarketing plan content to support product launches, promotions, and campaigns across multiple channels, including digitalandsocial media.
  • Creative Execution:Execute and deliver creative materials for both internal and external audiences in adherence to brand guidelines.
  • Strategic Account Content:Develop customized presentations and high‑touch sales materials for priority customers, translating brand positioning and visual identity into compelling, customer‑specific narratives that support salesconversations.
  • Cross-functional Communication:Collaborate with productmarketing, sales, and R&D teams to ensure brand consistency and alignment with businessobjectives;Maintainintranetmarketing hub as a communication platform to update internal teams.
  • Project Management:Intake creative projects, communicate with stakeholders, manage timelines, and ensure successful execution.
  • Campaign Collaboration:Work with the Marketing team to ensure creative assets align with campaignobjectives, testing and refining to meet goals and KPIs.
