Digital Marketing Manager Job Overviewย 

The Digital Marketing Manager will serve as a key strategic leader responsible for driving digital marketing performance and advancing theย full-cycleย retail experience across Faulkner Automotive Group. This role blends strategic oversight with hands-on execution and partner management, ensuring that marketing efforts translate into measurable business outcomes.ย 

This individual will lead initiatives that enhance digital retailing capabilities, improve website conversion performance, andย optimizeย the customer journey from online engagement through dealership interaction. The Marketing Manager will work closely with internal teams, dealership leadership, and external advertising partners to align marketing strategy with goals and evolvingย digitalย consumer experiences.ย 

Digital Marketing Manager Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

- Lead the development and execution of digital marketing strategies across paid media, third-party platforms, and OEM programs.ย 

- Oversee and manage external advertising partners and vendors, ensuring alignment with performance goals and accountability for results.ย 

- Drive continuous improvement in website performance, including user experience, lead generation, and conversion optimization across SRPs, VDPs, and landing pages.ย 

- Play a leadership role in advancing digital retailing initiatives, supporting a seamless online-to-offline purchase experience.ย 

- Analyze marketing performance data and provide strategic recommendations to improve efficiency, scalability, and ROI.ย 

-ย Establishย clear performance expectations for campaigns and partners, ensuring data-driven decision-making.ย 

- Manage, mentor, and develop two direct reports, fostering a high-performance and accountable team culture.ย 

- Collaborate with dealership leadership to align marketing strategies withย sales objectivesย and operational priorities.ย 

-ย Identify, evaluate, and implement new tools, technologies, and channels to improve marketing effectiveness and customer experience.ย 

- Stay informed on emerging trends in automotive retail, digital marketing, and consumer behavior.ย 

Schedule: Hybrid Role with Days in Office in Trevose

Tools & Technology Environmentย 

The Digital Marketing Manager will be expected toย leverageย andย optimizeย a range of platforms, including but not limited to:ย 

- Website & Digital Retailing Platforms (e.g.,ย Roadster,ย Dealer.com, OEM platforms)ย 

- CRM & DMS Systems (e.g., CDK, VinSolutions, or similar)ย 

- Analytics & Reporting Tools (e.g., Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager,ย Tableau,ย Iterable/SFMC)ย 

- Advertising Platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, third-party automotive marketplaces)ย 

- Call tracking, chat, and lead management toolsย 

- Microsoft Office Suite and reporting toolsย 

Qualifications & Requirementsย 

ย Education:ย 

-ย Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business, or related fieldย requiredย 

ย Experience:ย 

-ย 5-8+ years of experience in digital or performance marketingย 

- Experience managing external agencies or marketing partners with accountability for resultsย 

- Experience in automotive, retail, or high-volume lead generation environments strongly preferredย 

- Prior experience leading or mentoring team membersย 

Skills & Competencies:ย 

- Strong strategic mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable marketing decisionsย 

- Deep understanding of digital advertising, lead generation, and conversion optimizationย 

- Familiarity with digital retailing tools and evolving automotive customer journeysย 

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on measurable outcomesย 

- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levelsย 

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneouslyย 

- Ability to balance strategic leadership with hands-on execution
