As a Customer Service Manager, you will oversee frontend operations, support store performance goals, and ensure fast, friendly, and accurate service for every customer. Main responsibilities: 

  • Oversee and coordinate all frontend operations, ensuring fast, friendly, and accurate checkout service 

  • Support customer service programs and respond to customer concerns in a timely and professional manner 

  • Provide checkout support as needed, including register functions and customer assistance 

  • Guide and oversee frontend activities including scheduling, service levels, and daily operations 

  • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and a positive frontend environment 

  • Manage cash handling processes including tills, safe counts, reconciliation, refunds, and transactions 

  • Monitor inventory and ordering of frontend supplies and materials 

  • Hire, train, coach, and develop frontend associates and supervisors 

  • Support labor planning, budgeting, and expense control for the department 

  • Maintain compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures 

  • Complete daily reports, payroll processes, and required documentation 

We are looking for candidates who possess the following:

  • Frontend systems, registers, and store operations

Abilities: 

  • Ability to review service metrics, cash variance, and performance trends 

  • Ability to train, coach, and support associate development 

  • Ability to stand, move, lift, carry, or push objects as required 

  • Ability to operate and troubleshoot frontend equipment
