Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented General Affairs Associate to support daily operations across both office administration and warehouse functions. This hybrid role is ideal for a highly organized and adaptable individual who is comfortable working in both office and warehouse environments and can effectively manage multiple priorities.
Key Responsibilities:
Office Administration
•           Manage incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, mail, and phone calls
•           Maintain office supplies and coordinate timely procurement
•           Assist with meeting scheduling, document preparation, and records management
•           Coordinate facility maintenance, vendor services, and general office operations
Warehouse Support
•           Assist with inventory tracking, stock organization, and basic recordkeeping
•           Receive, inspect, and properly store incoming shipments
•           Prepare and coordinate outgoing shipments and deliveries
•           Maintain warehouse cleanliness, organization, and safety standards
•           Operate basic warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jack, barcode scanner)
Qualifications:
•           High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred
•           Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
•           Previous experience in office administration and/or warehouse operations is a plus
•           Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
•           Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to multitask
