About the team:
The Workforce Intelligence & Insights team is Walmart’s enterprise People Analytics group, supporting workforce decisions for over 2.1 million associates globally. The team addresses key questions in hiring, development, workforce planning, retention, total rewards, and organizational effectiveness. By leveraging advanced analytics, AI, labor market intelligence, and strong business partnerships, the team enables leaders to understand their workforce and make informed decisions. Collaborating closely with business partners, the team transforms data into actionable insights that shape the future of work at Walmart, ensuring associates remain central to every decision.
What you'll do:
  • Analyze complex business problems using advanced data analytics and automation techniques to identify root causes and recommend effective solutions.
