ProviDRs Care is seeking an EDI & Data Integration Analyst to support data exchanges, vendor integrations, operational reporting, and implementation projects across our healthcare administration and provider network organizations.

This position offers an opportunity to work with a variety of technologies, business partners, and operational teams while developing expertise in healthcare data, system integrations, EDI transactions, reporting, and process improvement.

We are looking for someone who is curious, analytical, and eager to grow. As our organization continues to expand, this role offers opportunities to take on additional responsibilities and advance your career.

Responsibilities

  • Investigate and resolve data, system, and integration issues.
  • Perform data validation, reconciliation, and exception analysis.
  • Develop and execute SQL queries for troubleshooting and reporting.
  • Support EDI transactions and data exchange processes.
  • Coordinate testing activities with internal teams and external vendors.
  • Support vendor, client, and network implementations.
  • Participate in vendor onboarding, implementation planning, testing, and go-live activities.
  • Analyze claims, eligibility, and operational data.
  • Assist with onboarding new groups, vendors, and business partners.
  • Monitor automated processes and investigate failures.
  • Document business processes, file layouts, and integration requirements.
  • Support operational reporting and data requests.
  • Participate in process improvement and automation initiatives.


Requirements

Required Qualifications

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Working knowledge of SQL queries and relational databases.
  • Experience troubleshooting data, reporting, or system-related issues.
  • Experience validating, reconciling, and analyzing data.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify root-causes and communicate solutions effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
  • Ability to learn new systems, business processes, and technologies.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in data analysis, systems support, data integration, business analysis, or a related field.
  • Experience working for a healthcare Third-Party Administrator (TPA), health plan, payer, PBM, provider network, or healthcare technology organization.
  • Understanding of healthcare claims processing, eligibility administration, benefits, and enrolment workflows.
  • Experience researching and resolving claims, eligibility, or enrolment discrepancies.
  • Experience with EDI transactions, mapping, testing, and troubleshooting.
  • Familiarity with ANSI X12 standards.
  • Experience with healthcare EDI transactions including 834, 837, 835, and 270/271.
  • Experience with healthcare administration platforms such as Facets, QNXT, EZ-CAP, HealthRules, or similar systems
  • Experience with vendor implementations and trading partner onboarding.
  • Experience with SQL Server.
  • Experience with automation, scripting, or programming languages such as Python, C#, or PowerShell.
  • Knowledge of HIPAA privacy and security requirements.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Healthcare Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • Candidates with an Associate degree and at least three (3) years of relevant experience in data analysis, systems support, data integration, EDI, or business analysis are encouraged to apply.
  • Equivalent combinations of education, technical training, certifications, and relevant work experience may be considered.
