About the Role
The Corporate Department is seeking a highly qualified 3rd-6th year associate to join our Capital Markets Practice. Candidates should have meaningful corporate finance experience and have spent the vast majority of their associate career either in capital markets working on equity, high yield, and/or hybrid capital offerings, or in debt finance working on acquisition financings, syndicated term loans, or direct-lending arrangements, even if their practice has not traditionally been characterized as "capital markets."
